PL80

The Yaskawa PL80 is the most compact model in Yaskawa’s palletizing robot range. With a 5-axis design, it is specifically developed for palletizing applications, delivering high performance in a compact footprint.

The PL80 features a payload of up to 80 kg, combined with a low overall height and slim design, enabling integration into space-constrained cells. Its vertical reach of up to 3291 mm, together with a horizontal reach of 2061 mm, allows high stacking heights and wide coverage of the working area.

The robot is controlled by the Yaskawa YRC1000, ensuring dynamic performance and precise motion control. It can be optionally combined with the Functional Safety Unit (FSU) for safe operation in compact work areas, or with MotoLogix®, enabling robot programming via PLC function blocks.
