- Analysis of equipment anomalies in remote mode
- If applicable, anomaly correction remotely, namely in anomalies of reduced complexity
- Travel to the Client's premises, in normal situation, within less than 48 working hours
- Execution of Corrective Maintenance actions using:
- Corrective Maintenance with replacement equipment unit whenever possible
- Implementation of Corrective Maintenance by ROBOPLAN technicians with solid experience in maintenance of industrial robots
- Preparation of a proposal for the repair and / or replacement of damaged components and respective application service
- Preparation of technical intervention report (if applicable)
- Elaboration of a proposal for changes or improvements to be made to the equipment when necessary
- Maintenance Service on weekdays from 09h00 to 18h00
- Maintenance Service on weekdays from 06h00 to 09h00 from 18h00 to 24h00 and Saturdays from 09h00 to 18h00 with extra costs in accordance with the legislation in force
- Acess (only for subscribers) to the ROBOPLAN SUPPORT LINE
