Yaskawa's new AR series of welding robots is made up of five six-axis robots, specially designed for the high demands of arc welding applications.
These robots are available with different load capacities (7 to 25 kg) to support a wide variety of welding sensors and torches, making them more flexible and capable of adapting to the high demands of welding applications.
The compact structure of these robots, as well as their ease of use, allow for an efficient installation space and, with it, a larger horizontal and maximum range, allowing them to work in wider working areas.
Being compact and sleek in design and with a speed that has been increased by 39% over previous series, these robots are able to weld parts at difficult angles in narrow places.
In short, the new AR-series robots are powerful and efficient, and offer the highest payload and maximum allowable speed in their class. The five models (AR700, AR900, AR1440, AR1730 and AR2010) have simple maintenance, including a data saving function that allows you to replace the robot's internal wiring without having to connect it to a battery. The optimized acceleration and deceleration control for all robot positions also allows for greater productivity.
This way Yaskawa enhances its arc welding know-how by innovating with a range that enables higher productivity and better welding quality for both small and large workpieces.
